Made for the BBC Inside Story series in 1979, this film is the story of Timothy Jones, a 17 year-old with Down's Syndrome, whose parents have to fight the authorities to keep in a residential care home where he is happy and thriving rather than see him moved to a day centre for the sake of saving money.
